Refund Policy

- Please note that estimate is not the final bill, any change in treatment plan will change the final bill amount.
- Patient / Client need to pay complete amount of estimate in advance.
- By any reason if patient discontinues stay at Tapasya by himself / herself the bill paid will not be refunded.
- Appointment shall be confirmed after confirmation of 100% advance payment.
- We accept cash / digital payment / credit card. (we do not accept cheque)
- Please collect your bill receipts at reception.
- For Credit Card Payment 2% Extra Tax Charges will be taken.
- Internal Medicine Charges (During Treatment Period) are excluded from this estimate.

Cancellation & refund policies
- Invoice is generated after mutual acceptance with client so invoice amount is not refundable in any manner, patient can use that amount to avail services in future before the end of the financial year i.e. 31st March.
Advance payment done for the above said treatment will confirm that I have read and understood all the terms & conditions mentioned above and I agree to it.
